Attach e-mail, faxes, cheques and other documents to an intelliTRACS case with SCANit When a document is filed into a SCANit Cabinet that contains an iTRACS Case Number field a transaction is passed from SCANit into iTRACS. This transaction contains a link to the document in SCANit and is attached to the Case specified by the Case Number. |

When the user views a Case, this item is included as an attachment. By clicking on the attachment URL the user can open and view the attached document in a Web browser. SCANit can capture e-mail, fax, paper and many other document types that can all be attached to the iTRACS case. |
